Hi everyone! I know that since the rise of the Kardashians, we have been extra fond of face contouring and on fleek eyebrows. I, myself, am guilty of this. But I'm pretty sure we all have those lazy days when we just don't feel like having that "heavy makeup feeling," or we're in a bit of a rush that we can't find the time to pick up that bronzer. Well, fret not because you can totally look good and fresh without having too much product on your face! :)
This is how my bare face looks like. My goal here is to even my skin tone, cover up my blemishes, fill in my eyebrows, and make my nose a little high and slim.
Even if you're in a rush, never forget to prep up your face. After cleansing, make sure to moisturize, so that you can have an easy makeup application.
For beginners, this is totally optional but primer minimizes the appearance of your pores, and allows your makeup to go on smoother and hold it longer.

To avoid that heavy makeup feeling, I strongly suggest you use a BB cream that has a medium coverage. For this look, I used Maybelline Super BB in Natural shade. It may seem a little light at application but it oxidizes to match your skin tone after a few minutes. I'm an acidic person so I oxidize like crazy. And then use an ample amount of concealer to cover up your dark circles, blemishes, and hyperpigmentation.

Now set your base with a translucent powder. I prefer using this over my pressed powder for a more natural look.

Now let's go on to the brows. To start with, make an outline of the shape you want to achieve. I suggest to follow the direction of the hair so it won't look too drawn on.
Now fill them in and use a spoolie to blend the product out. Try to make a "gradient effect" by not putting on too much product on the inner part of the brow. And then, put some concealer on the edges to highlight your brows even more. I used my L.A. Girl Pro Conceal HD Concealer.
If you want to achieve a more natural look, use as little product as possible and don't outline the brow too much. I suggest you use a Korean eyebrow product for this, because they give the best natural looking products. I used one from The Face Shop.
If you're unfortunate to have a pointed nose, like me, you can use your eyebrow liner to contour your nose. Though for this look, I used my Detail Contour & Blush Palette. But in case you don't have one, your brow product should work fine. The trick is to use a right amount and good blending.
Now here's another fun part––lip tints are so in right now here in the Philippines! With all the K-drama hype, people are so eager to try out the "lip bitten" look. And so lip tints can become your best friend if you're into that.
Just put a little amount of lip tint on the inner part of your lips, then blend it out with a lip brush or your finger. I only used my finger for this and it looks totally fine!
Here's a plus! You can definitely use lip tint to blush your cheeks. So if you don't have a blush powder, then here's a tip: get yourself a lip tint and you can hit two birds with one stone.
Lip tint has become my go to blush, rather than the one from my palette because I find it more long lasting. I'm not even kidding. I oil up and it's still there!

For the finale, just curl your lashes, add a little bit of mascara, and you're good to go!
Optional: You can add highlighter on the point of your nose bridge and your cheek bones to make your skin look a little dewy. For powder highlighters, a fan brush is the best one to use. If you don't have a highlighter, an eyeshadow is a good dupe. ;)
Mascara - Revlon Volume Length Magnified
Highlighter - Nichido True Colors Eyeshadow in Gold Foil
That's it! Even though it may seem like I still used a lot of products, I swear this feels very light on the face. Once they set, you'll feel like you're not wearing any makeup at all!
So, do you have lazy days too? If you do, tell me about your favorite makeup routine during those days. Thanks for reading! :)
