L.A. Girl PRO Conceal in Shade Beautiful Bronze and Light Ivory |
Hello everyone! I'm back with yet another review of a product by L.A, Girl, which is their PRO Conceal HD Concealer or color corrector. If you have noticed, this product seems pretty popular and is being used by a lot of beauty bloggers. And now, after using it for months, I think it's my time to share my thoughts about it.
Here's a swatch of the product. Left is in shade Light Ivory and right is in Beautiful Bronze. So let's see what they've got now, shall we?
So here's my bare face. I don't know if I'm naturally ugly or my skin has been super stressed because of thesis, but I just eek at how I look here LOL.
Here's a close up one. As you can see, visible dark spots and very obvious bags under my eyes. Sigh, thesis, sigh.
Well, here's how I look with foundation AND L.A. Girl's color corrector under my eyes. It may not seem too obvious here, but it's pretty good at concealing since I also use this to highlight my eyebrows. And not only that, I also use these as bronzer and highlighter.
Here I used the Beautiful Bronze to contour my face and the Light Ivory to highlight. I just love how blendable this product is and how it gets more natural looking as it dries out. If you want to see how it works for my brows, you may check it out here.
VERDICT:
PROS:
- Easy to blend
- Glides smoothly
- Good coverage
- Affordable (costs about Php300 each in malls, got mine for Php280 for both already online)
- Long lasting
- Can also be used as bronzer and highlighter so we're hitting three birds here, aye?
CONS:
- Nothing, so far.
RATING: 5.0 out of 5.0
Would I repurchase? Definitely!
Hope this review helps. Let me know what you think about it. And if you've tried this product before, share your thoughts about it, too, in the comments below. Thanks for reading!
WARNING: There are a lot of knockoffs imitating this product. If you're from the Philippines and prefer a cheaper deal than the ones from the malls, make sure to get one from trusted sellers. I got mine from Shopee seller @malcolm_manor. :-)
You look gorgeous!

Haven't really thought about my skin that way, but thank you! :)
DeleteFrom the swatch I was concerned they'd be hard to blend but glad to hear that's not the case! Light ivory is definitely a color I think I could use.

I really recommend this. A little of this product goes a long way. You should definitely try it. Light Ivory is good, but they also got a variety of shades that could be better for you! :)
DeleteThis product looks really good! But GIRL your skin looks amazing even without makeup! You've got nothing to worry about :)
ReplyDeleteAnd as for the tired eyes - nothing a little rest over the holidays can't fix!

Wonderful and perfect! I follow you blog, please follow me too. http://alamodenatine.blogspot.com
ReplyDeleteI have that concealer, too! It's kinda sad though because the shade I got is too dark for under-eye concealing. So I just use it to cover up redness. Do you think it's perfect for covering up marks?
ReplyDeleteMelissa the Mermaid ♥
Hi Melissa, yes it's perfect for covering up blemishes. :)
